Overview

Traditional recovered-paper moisture inspection often relies on limited manual sampling after vehicle arrival, which may not fully represent moisture variation across the truckload.
The MS-X590 measures loaded recovered-paper trucks during controlled passage through the microwave inspection area.
The system automatically collects multiple measurements, calculates a representative average moisture result and records the inspection data for receiving and quality management.
The measurement result provides a truckload evaluation reference. Final moisture deduction and commercial settlement remain subject to the agreed inspection procedure.

Supported sample forms include granules, powders, blocks, sheet materials, and selected liquids or slurries.

Detection Principles

Microwave transmitting and receiving sensors are installed around the vehicle inspection area. As the loaded truck passes through the system, microwave signals travel through selected measurement paths in the recovered-paper load. An application-specific model analyzes the collected responses and calculates a representative truckload-level average moisture result.
