Rapid Moisture Testing Without Sample Damage
The MS-LA-590 is an integrated microwave analyzer designed for rapid moisture testing of prepared material samples.
Microwave signals penetrate the sample to evaluate internal moisture rather than only its surface condition. Automated sample rotation helps reduce measurement variation caused by uneven moisture distribution.
The system automatically completes sample measurement, result display and data recording, helping quality-control personnel reduce testing time and manual work.

Application Scope

Suitable for selected betel nut, dried fruit, grain, and other agricultural or food products.
Supported sample forms include granules, powders, blocks, sheets, and selected liquids or slurries.
Final suitability depends on the material, sample form, and application calibration.

Detection Principles

Microwave sensors transmit multiple microwave frequencies through the prepared sample. Water molecules absorb part of the electromagnetic energy, changing the microwave response received by the system. An application-specific calibration model analyzes these changes and converts them into a moisture value.
