Product Overview

Overview

The MS-D-600 is an online density and concentration meter for selected industrial liquids.
Installed directly in a pipeline, tank or process vessel, the sensor continuously measures liquid density. An application-specific model combines the density and temperature data to calculate the required concentration value.
This provides faster process information and helps reduce dependence on periodic manual sampling.

Detection Principles

An ultrasonic signal excites a metal sensing element at its resonant frequency. The resonant response changes according to the density of the liquid in contact with the sensor. The instrument analyzes this response to determine liquid density. Temperature compensation and an application-specific calibration model are then used to calculate concentration.

01 — Standard Configuration：Standard sensor for continuous density and concentration measurement in pipelines, tanks and process equipment. Supports flange, clamp or threaded installation.

02 — High-Temperature and High-Pressure Option：Customized configuration for process temperatures up to +150°C and pressures up to 2 MPa. Insertion depth and wetted materials are selected according to the process conditions.

03 — Explosion-Protected Configuration：Available for suitable hazardous-area applications. Final enclosure, electrical connection and explosion-protection marking are confirmed according to the supplied certified configuration.
