Product Overview

Overview

The MS-590L-1 is designed for moisture inspection of selected recovered paper bales after truck unloading.
Each selected bale passes through the microwave measurement area, where the system automatically collects moisture data and calculates a bale-level result.
Measurement results can be recorded and transmitted to the mill’s receiving or quality-management system, helping reduce manual inspection and improve bale-level moisture records.
The final sampling, moisture-deduction and settlement method remains subject to the paper mill’s inspection rules and commercial agreement.

Detection Principles

Microwave transmitting and receiving antennas are positioned around the bale-measurement area. Microwave signals pass through the selected bale. Changes in moisture affect the received microwave response, and an application-specific calibration model converts the measured response into a single-bale moisture result.
