Overview

The MS-570 is a microwave analyzer developed for continuous °Brix measurement in sugar-production processes. Installed directly in process equipment, it provides real-time concentration data for evaporation, syrup preparation, transfer and mixing operations, helping reduce dependence on periodic laboratory sampling. Typical installation locations include open pans, pipelines, tanks and mixing equipment.

Detection Principles

The MS-570 transmits microwave signals into the process medium. Changes in sugar concentration affect microwave propagation and energy attenuation. An application-specific calibration model converts the measured microwave response into a continuous °Brix value.
