Overview

The MS-540 is an online NIR analyzer for continuous measurement of selected material components during industrial production.
Its array LED light source illuminates the material surface, and the reflected spectral response is analyzed using independent application-specific calibration models.
The system integrates the LED array, optical components, spectral analysis unit and signal-processing unit into one industrial measurement platform.

Detection Principles

Material components absorb near-infrared energy differently across selected wavelengths, producing characteristic spectral responses. The MS-540 analyzes the reflected spectral information and uses an independent calibration model to calculate the value of each selected component.
