The MS-310 is an insertion-type microwave moisture analyzer designed for continuous water-content measurement in selected liquids and industrial slurries.
Installed directly in the process medium, it provides real-time data to plant monitoring and control systems, helping operators identify moisture variation earlier and reduce dependence on periodic laboratory sampling.

Detection Principles

The MS-310 transmits microwave signals through the measured medium. Changes in water content affect microwave energy, frequency and phase response. An application-specific calibration model, supported by temperature compensation, converts these signal changes into continuous moisture values.
