Overview

Continuous Moisture Measurement Inside Industrial Processes: Moisture variation can influence product quality, energy consumption and production stability in many industrial processes. The MS-210 is an integrated microwave moisture analyzer designed for continuous measurement of bulk materials. Using microwave energy attenuation technology, the analyzer measures moisture content directly from the material and provides real-time moisture data for process monitoring and control.

Detection Principles

The MS-210 transmits microwave energy into the measured material. Changes in moisture affect microwave energy attenuation, and an application-specific calibration model converts the measured response into continuous moisture values.
